This was R's first halloween and I was more excited than him by far. He was a spider, I was the web and dh was Peter Parker/Spiderman (that is a good story). The weather finally got cold just in time for Halloween. Thankfully the snow didn't make it this far south, but we did get a lot of rain. Rather than trick or treat on Monday in the rain, we had cookies and hot chocolate with a few giraffes we came across which R loved. He is so social, he loves playing with other kids. And earlier in the weekend we came across a pumpkin patch with Charlie, Linus, Lucy and Snoopy waiting for "The Great Pumpkin." He never showed! But we had fun anyway!

Pumpkin Carving

It's Halloween week! This is R's first Halloween and he had to carve his first pumpkin or atleast taste a little of the insides while mom and dad carved it for him. He seemed to enjoy it, although I'm not sure it is good for him... Afterwards we had a pumpkin pasta dinner and apple pie for dessert

Vroom Vroom!!

Hey Guys! We took a trip to Charlotte to see the Nascar Hall of Fame and Dale Earnhardt Incorporated. We had so much fun that R slept for 9 whole hours that night. I don't know which one was more exciting!

Life with Baby

R is now 5 weeks old. He is filling out all of his cute clothes and getting more and more handsome. He can now see pretty well and follows the rattle around and even follows our voices as we walk around him. He's sleeping in his crib and last night for the first time slept 5 hours straight. It was awesome!
